I want you to love my jewellery as much as I do! All of my products are handmade, so the actual pieces may vary slightly in colour, size and texture from the images shown online and may also have slight imperfections. I love this about my products; they are all unique and have a handmade story behind them. I strive to provide the most accurate information about each product, so please make sure that you have carefully read the descriptions and viewed the images of each item before placing an order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please email jewellerybytonimaree@gmail.com within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since the date of your delivery, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of your purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All custom, personalised and commissioned jewellery, and all other custom, personalised, and commissioned items cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards;
Downloadable software products;
Sale items;
Used, damaged and soiled items;
Items not in the original packaging;
Items with no proof of purchase.
Refunds
Before returning an item, please send me an email at jewellerybytonimaree@gmail.com to notify me within 14 days from the date of delivery. I may ask you to provide further details before proceeding. Remember, the item must be unused in its original condition, in its original packaging, with no damaged, soiled or missing parts.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 working days of approval, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is processed by your credit card company. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is deposited into your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within 10 working days of approval, please contact me at jewellerybytonimaree@gmail.com.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items can not be refunded.
Exchanges
I will replace items within 14 days of your delivery if they are defective or damaged. Please note that as my items are handmade, an exact match may not be available. In such cases, I will do my best to supply a similar item. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please send me an email at jewellerybytonimaree@gmail.com to notify me of the issue within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to me. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
