At TerraZen Creations, every terrarium is handcrafted with care and delivered with the attention it deserves. To ensure your living ecosystem arrives safely and beautifully intact, we offer Fragile Care Shipping via local courier within the Melbourne metro area.

Local Delivery Only – Melbourne Metro
We currently offer courier delivery exclusively within Melbourne metro to maintain the integrity of our delicate, glass-encased terrariums.

Fragile Care Shipping – $30 Flat Rate
To protect your purchase, all orders are delivered with our Fragile Care Shipping service, which includes:

Hand-delivery via trusted local courier

Careful handling from our studio to your door

This flat-rate fee of $30 helps cover the cost of packaging, live plant handling, and safe, direct delivery.

Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

We aim to deliver your order within 7 business days from the date of purchase.

You will receive a notification with your delivery window once your order is scheduled.

Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will attempt to leave it in a safe location. If this isn’t possible, redelivery may incur an additional fee.

Refund Policy

Damaged Orders
If your terrarium arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of mind refunds will not be accepted.
