We ship via Australia Post, standard postage with tracking. Please check on Australia Post website for delivery times. In most instances, deliveries to major cities and metropolitan areas will take up to 5 business days and longer for rural/remote areas. Please ensure that your delivery address is 100% accurate when placing your order as we are not able to re-route to another address once your order has been dispatched. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please be aware that Zen Kaia is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once dispatched. We will not be held liable for any delivery delays outside of the approximate delivery times or if a parcel is lost or missing during transit with Australia Post. If an item is undeliverable due to an incorrect address supplied, inability to access a property or failure to collect from an Australia Post outlet, we will charge a re-delivery postage fee of $12.50. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery or provide authority to leave your package unattended if they aren’t. If the driver can not find a safe place to leave the parcel, it will either be taken to an Australia Post outlet or returned to us, in which case the above mentioned additional charges for re-delivery will be applied.

Zen Kaia will take all care to pick and pack your items. In the event that your delivery is badly damaged on arrival, please email us at zenkaialifestyle@gmail.com within 7 days and include the following details:

Your order number
Photograph/s of all packaging and damaged goods
*Please do not return items without first emailing us.

We do not offer refund for items that are shipped and delivered to the recipient without any damage or change of mind.
