MARKET PLACE USER AGREEMENT

The Make It Collective provides a platform (Marketplace) to help you quickly find creators and sellers of handmade goods from the comfort of your device.
This Website and Marketplace is owned and operated by The Make It Collective ABN 98 628 152 484 (the “Website”,”Site”,”Marketplace” or “Platform”).
By continuing to use, visit, or browse our Website, you (the “Marketplace User”, “Website User”) agree to be bound by the current version of this Marketplace User Agreement (the “Agreement”).
This Agreement may change at any time, and updates will be posted to the Website. You are required to check this Agreement each time you use the Website.

Legal relationship
2.1 The Make It Collective Marketplace is a product listing directory for sellers of handmade items.
2.2 The Make It Collective Marketplace serves only to facilitate the connection between the Marketplace User, and businesses who list their products for sale on the Marketplace.
2.3 You understand and agree that The Make it Collective does not act as your agent in any dealing and is not a party to any relationship you may commence with any business that is a seller of products listed in the Marketplace.
2.4 The Make It Collective shall not be a party to any relationship or dealing with you and any business entity arising out of the use of the Marketplace or Site.
2.5 Any purchase or any product or booking of any service requested or made using the Marketplace or Site must not and cannot be construed as the creation of a contract between The Make It Collective and you, the Website and Marketplace platform User.
2.6 When you purchase a product from a business listed on the Marketplace platform or engage a business or organisation via the Website, you are bound by their terms and conditions.
2.7 The Make It Collective holds no responsibility if any legal situations, issues, or dispute, that may arise between you or any business or service you access through the Marketplace platform or Website.
2.8 The Make It Collective makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose, correspondence to description, or suitability of any product your purchase or services you access through any business or organisation listed on the Marketplace platform or Website.

2.9 Reasonable care has been taken to ensure that all information is accurate and correct; however, we make no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, of any kind about the accuracy, completeness, currency or functionality of the information available about the products and services listed on the Marketplace platform or via our Website.
