All items are sent with Australia Post parcel post. Tracking numbers are provided. An upgrade for express post is available within Australia.
For International Express post please contact me for the additional cost for your country.
We are not responsible for items lost in the post but we will try our best to help.
For health and hygiene reasons, Sylvia & Flora cannot accept returns on any earrings for change of mind so please select carefully. If you would like further information prior to purchase, please send a message and I'll respond as soon as I can.
All other items:
Please make contact within 7 days to discuss a return and exchange. Items must be returned within 14 days. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return. In the instance that a replacement is required, please note that it will not be identical to the original.
