I use Sendle or regular Australian Post to ship your parcel. Most orders will be sent within 3 working days. If there is a delay for some reason I will do my best to keep you up to date and informed.
If your article is urgent, please message me and we can work out whether there is an Express option available.
Registered post is also available at an extra cost. Please message me if you would like me to use this instead of regular mail.
I reuse shipping materials whenever possible so the envelope that arrives may be worn but rest assured that your purchase has been handled with the utmost care.
If you would like to order multiple items from my shop please let me know and I will ensure that your postage costs are kept to a minimum.
If you would like to have your order shipped overseas, please contact me. I will find the most cost effective way for your items and invoice you through PayPal.
Tracking Your Order
When I ship your order, I will notify you that your order has been shipped. If you have questions about your order, please email me. Please allow 3 – 10 business days for delivery from dispatch.
Items will be shipped to your shipping address.
International customers will be responsible for any customs issues
Cancellation by Karhina Designs – I reserve the right to cancel any order with a full refund to the purchaser if for any reason I cannot complete the order.
Cancellation by Purchaser – Should you wish to cancel an order after payment has been accepted, please message me within 24 hours. If you cancel the order after it has been shipped, freight charges will not be refunded. Cancellations after this time will be at the sole discretion of Karhina Designs.
For refund or exchange, contact me within seven days of receiving your purchase. The item must be returned in the original condition with delivery confirmation at the customer’s expense. For hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or replace jewellery for a change of mind. Refunds or replacements will be given if a jewellery item is faulty or different from how it was described or shown.
A refund will be granted as soon as the package is received and inspected. If an exchange is requested, the buyer must pay additional shipping costs for the new item to be sent out.
