Millie June Silver Goods does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We also cannot be held accountable if the wrong size is ordered so please double check before placing your order.
However if a product is faulty due to a manufacturing issue we will work with you to either fix the issue or replace the item. Each item is handmade, things happen.
