We offer free standard shipping in Australia.
We use Sendle as our dedicated courier service, delivery is 2-6 working days from order date. We cannot post to a Post Office Box only physical addresses.
We cannot send plants to WA, NT, or TAS but don't fear you can buy the pot on its own!
We post out on Mondays and Wednesday only at this stage. We also offer express delivery for an extra cost, select this option at check out. Due to covid19 restrictions express post with Australia Post cannot guarantee next working day delivery.
We ensure that our product leaves us in the best optimal condition.
As we send live plants with soil, during transit some soil may become displaced. Succulents are very hardy and can be easily made comfortable again with a little TLC.
However, in the event of any damage during transit, please contact us at email@example.com within 2 days of receipt. Please include your order number and take photos of any damage and send them into us to discuss options. If you opt for the pot & plant option, remember it is a living product and although we do our very best to package them safely with love and care, they can move during transit. If this happens, just pop your plant and soil back in snugly, succulents are very hardly and won't suffer too much.
We cannot offer an exchange or refund on our products if you change your mind.
