Shipping Policy
All orders are sent via Australia Post regular post, a $5.00 flat fee will be applied for postage. All orders for items in stock will be sent within 1-3 days of payment being received. Items that need to be custom made may take up to 14 days.
Please remember that some deliveries are delayed due to high volumes of parcels being send during Covid lock downs.
Refund Policy
We love our products and hope you do to! However if for some reason you are not so in love please contact us within 7 days of making your purchase for a return or exchange. All return requests will be dealt with in a case by case basis. All returned items must be in unused condition.
