Once your jewellery is lovingly made and packaged it will head off to Australia Post. Standard post and Express post are available at checkout. Australia Post timelines vary between locations across Australia. Please allow 3-7 business days, unless otherwise stated. You will receive a tracking number for your purchase. You can track the process of your order through Australia Post Tracking.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns/exchanges on earrings.
Please choose carefully. We do not issue refunds/exchanges on change of mind purchases. Sale items are final.
If you would like to exchange an item please contact me ASAP, no later than 24 hours upon purchasing your order.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the product for viewing. We will ship an exact replacement of the product deemed faulty within 3 business days. If the product is unavailable an exchange can be made for another item of the same value or a gift card to the same value can be issued.
