We ship Australia wide. Once your order is placed it will be dispatched within two to three business days. Once dispatched you will receive a conformation email with your tracking number. The order will be shipped to the shipping address provided.
All orders placed will be shipped using Australian couriers, with a flat rate postage of $9.95.
Please note we can’t be held responsible for lost shipments or delays in delivery, especially during busy periods of the year or public holidays.

We offer 30 days from delivery to exchange and/or return a product. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist you and provide an exchange or returns receipt. Ensure the product or its packaging is not used or damaged and is in still in sellable condition. When sending back the product, ensure we are notified first. In the returns process any shipping costs which are incurred by the customer are not the responsibility of Soy & Ivy. Once the product is shipped please provide us with the tracking number.
If the product arrives to you damaged please notify us within 7 days of accepting the delivery.
